Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and issues (internal and external) via phone and email, providing accurate and complete information
  • Ensure proper follow-up and resolution of cases within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve operational or system-related issues
  • Provide support for corporate digital banking platforms
  • Guide and educate customers on product features and system navigation
  • Support enquiries, clarifications, and rejections relating to digital banking forms
  • Handle inbound calls from internal stakeholders such as Relationship Managers (RMs), Assistant Relationship Managers, and Branches
  • Adhere to internal procedures and service standards at all times
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service to achieve strong customer satisfaction
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Minimum 1 year of banking experience, preferably in a customer service or corporate banking support role
  • Good knowledge of corporate banking products and services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude with strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
