Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and issues (internal and external) via phone and email, providing accurate and complete information
- Ensure proper follow-up and resolution of cases within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve operational or system-related issues
- Provide support for corporate digital banking platforms
- Guide and educate customers on product features and system navigation
- Support enquiries, clarifications, and rejections relating to digital banking forms
- Handle inbound calls from internal stakeholders such as Relationship Managers (RMs), Assistant Relationship Managers, and Branches
- Adhere to internal procedures and service standards at all times
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service to achieve strong customer satisfaction
- Perform any additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Minimum 1 year of banking experience, preferably in a customer service or corporate banking support role
- Good knowledge of corporate banking products and services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
