KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle calls & WhatsApp inquiries
• Welcome clients & coordinate meetings
• Follow up with leads & appointments
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams
• Provide administrative & reporting support
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent in Arabic & English
• 3+ Years of Experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Administrative & Coordination Skills
• Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
• Strong Communication Skills
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi
