Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, chat, email, and other communication channels.
- Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and customer requests.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM.
- Support customer engagement and retention initiatives.
- Assist the operations team during evening business hours to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
