What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer enquiries, quotations and order coordination.
  • Review customer orders and monitor delivery arrangements.
  • Coordinate shipment arrangements, export documentation and logistics activities.
  • Liaise closely with customers, agents and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide prompt solutions.
  • Support customer meetings, presentations and factory visits.
  • Monitor customers’ accounts, collections, KPI achievements and sales performance.
  • Maintain customer portals, reports, records and operational data.

What You Need

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, International Marketing, Business Studies, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field and/or the manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge in Export Incoterm, shipping procedures, and logistics coordination will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
