📍 Location (Onsite): Damansara, Perdana, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
🕘 Working Hours: Tuesday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
💰 Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,600/month (depending on experience)

About the Role
Every student journey begins with a first impression. As our Customer Service Executive, you'll be the first person our students and visitors meet when they walk into FITM. Your warm smile, friendly greeting and willingness to help will shape their experience from the moment they arrive.
The most important part of this role is people, not paperwork. We can teach you our systems and processes. What we're looking for is someone who is dependable, enjoys helping others, and naturally makes people feel welcome.
Behind the scenes, you'll help keep our course days running smoothly by supporting student registrations, communications and daily operations. You'll also occasionally capture photos and videos during classes to celebrate our students' learning journey and support our marketing efforts.
What You'll Do
Create a Great Student Experience
Welcome students and visitors with professionalism and warmth, answer enquiries, and help ensure every participant feels comfortable, supported and well looked after throughout their time at FITM.
Support Smooth Daily Operations
Help coordinate the day-to-day operations that keep our courses running smoothly, including supporting student registrations, communications, attendance, payments and general course administration.
Capture Learning Moments
Capture photos and short videos during courses and workshops to celebrate our students' learning journey and support our social media and marketing activities.
We're Looking For Someone Who
· Enjoys interacting with people and creating a welcoming environment.
· Is dependable and takes pride in being punctual.
· Is organised, attentive to detail and able to keep things running smoothly.
· Can prioritise tasks and stay organised during busy class days.
· Takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
· Is comfortable working Tuesday to Saturday.
· Is willing to learn and continuously improve.
Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
Experience in customer service is welcome, but attitude matters more than experience. If you genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome, we'd love to hear from you.
Nice to Have
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Canva, CapCut, or basic photography and videography skills is an advantage, but not essential.
