Our client, located in North Austin, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their growing Manufacturing team. This role is the command center for customer experience—balancing responsiveness, accuracy, and cross-functional coordination.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and global Customer Service team to ensure seamless communication, global alignment, and exceptional service delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily customer service operations (order status, inquiries, issue resolution)
  • Manage ERP-driven order flow (Epicor, SAP, or similar systems)
  • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Shipping teams
  • Partner with global customer service team for global support
  • Track and improve KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response time, and accuracy
  • Handle escalations and drive timely, professional resolutions
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain and enhance customer service processes and documentation

What You Bring

  • Required: 3+ years of Customer Service experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
  • Experience supporting global customers or international teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred

  • Pay: $26-30/HR, depending on experience.
  • MUST HAVE experience working within customer service in a manufacturing environment.
  • 90 business day contract-to-hire role. Benefits offered starting at 60 business days.
