Our client, a fashion brand, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to support their team on a temp to perm basis in NYC!
Duties:
- Serve as a key contact for wholesale, franchise, consignment, and B2B customers.
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely, professional, and solution-oriented responses.
- Support B2B customer onboarding, account setup, activation, and consignment implementation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding service and communication.
- Monitor inventory levels, sales movements, and consignment transactions to ensure data accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to inventory, stock levels, damages, and sales activity.
- Conduct and support physical inventory audits and stock investigations at consignment locations.
- Ensure inventory statements and reporting are completed and distributed as required.
- Monitor invoicing, self-billing, markdown activities, and related financial transactions.
- Monitor product availability, lead times, deliveries, packing slips, and invoices.
- Communicate discrepancies and corrective actions to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, EDI, Planning, Purchasing, Allocation, Logistics, and other business functions to ensure smooth operations.
- Support process improvements, SOP development, reporting initiatives, and operational projects.
