Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service role based in Cairo, working primarily morning shifts. The Customer Service team member will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and other communication channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services. The role involves documenting each interaction in the system, following established procedures, and escalating complex cases when necessary. The team member will strive to ensure a positive customer experience, meet service-level targets, and adhere to quality and compliance standards. Collaboration with supervisors and colleagues to share feedback, participate in training, and continuously improve service delivery is expected.
Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of interactions professionally.
  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette, including clear communication, active listening, and courteous interaction at all times.
  • Good spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo during morning shifts and maintain reliable attendance.
  • Comfort with basic computer applications, CRM systems, and fast data entry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and resilience in handling challenging situations.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
