Job Overview
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional experience customer service/account manager to assist clients and saels reps at our client, a great organization that will allow you to grow. This position is available due to growth. This is a temp to hire opportunity. 100% onsite.
Duties
- Assist customers & Sales Reps with inquiries which could include tracing shipments, investigating shipping discrepancies, billing and invoicing questions
- Maintain accounts in assigned regions-call on past dues, over-payments
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing and data entry
- Process over, short and damaged claims within a reasonable time-frame
- Resolve customer complaints via phone or email
- Recognize and resolve documentation errors
- Use telephone to reach out to customers and verify account information
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem, or reason for calling
- Take payments and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation of an order
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
- Work with manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Handle changes in policies or procedure
Skills
- Must be Bilinguall (fluent Spanish/Excellent English)
- Proven experience in sales or customer support roles, especially within call centers or client services environments
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed for efficient record keeping
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey information and build rapport
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills for daily tasks
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer issues and identify appropriate solutions
- Experience in precise data entry (invoices, billing, shipments)
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality
- Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices ensures professional interactions at all times
