Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Officer at our office located in Bangkok City, Thailand. The primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, addressing and resolving customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, fostering positive customer relationships, and improving the overall customer experience. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to deliver seamless service and meet customer expectations effectively.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and achieving Customer Satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of Customer Experience and the ability to maintain and improve client relationships.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently and professionally.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
- Proficiency in English and Thai, both written and spoken, is required.
- Previous experience in logistics or international freight forwarding is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
