Job Description:

We are hiring a talented Customer Service Officer – Crypto professional – to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Support

  • Deliver exceptional client experience across all channels (phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp)
  • Support clients throughout their trading journey, ensuring clarity and confidence
  • Personalize interactions and build strong client relationships
  • Handle complex and sensitive cases professionally, turning challenges into positive outcomes
  • Meet and exceed KPIs (CSAT, FTR, response time, quality standards)

Financial & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Support clients with account opening, verification, and funding queries
  • Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate trading risks and product information clearly and responsibly
  • Escalate high risk or sensitive cases in line with compliance procedures

Systems & Operations

  • Use CRM and support systems to accurately log interactions and client data
  • Follow internal policies, procedures, and data protection standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
  • Adhere to schedules and operational forecasts

CX & Continuous Improvement

  • Capture customer insights (VOC) and contribute to service improvements
  • Support CX transformation initiatives, including AI and automation tools
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and personalization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management
  • Previous experience in customer service, financial services or fintech is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of Crypto assets (BTC, ETH, altcoins) , Wallets (hot vs cold) , Blockchain basics (transactions, confirmations, gas fees)
  • Basic understanding of financial markets (Forex, CFDs, etc.)
  • Commercial mindset with focus on client retention and engagement
  • Tech-savvy with ability to use CRM and digital tools
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a 24/7 environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and team spirit
