We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Advisor. You will be the main point of contact for our clients ensuring they have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client needs before and during their stay to ensure unforgettable vacations.
  • Handle client requests and expectations politely and professionally, creating tailor-made experiences.
  • Coordinate bookings for services like restaurants, beach clubs, transfers, charters, and more.
  • Resolve property and partner issues promptly to ensure smooth client stays.
  • Conduct villa check-ins and check-outs with the team.
  • Keep villa manuals updated and accurate.
  • Ensure extra services are billed and paid correctly in coordination with Finance.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and intercultural skills to interact with international clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of Mallorca.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in related industries (tourism, MICE, Wedding Planning, Concierge, or Real Estate).
  • Confident with preparing budgets, calculating commissions, and using Excel.
  • Valid driver’s license.
