Key Responsibilities
- Handle client queries via email, fax, and calls (inbound & outbound)
- Resolve disputes and provide accurate, timely solutions
- Escalate issues to relevant departments
- Collaborate with teams like Arrears, Sales, Retention, and Discharges
- Organize welcome calls and assist with retention & sales support
- Prepare letters (e.g., dishonor notices, confirmations)
- Process tasks such as:
- Interest Rate Reduction
- Loan Conversions
- Visa Debit Card requests
- Posting refunds/payments (with approval)
Minimum Qualifications

- Confident communicator with strong oral & written skills
- Customer-focused and professional demeanor
- Ability to multi-task, plan, and solve problems under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems
