About the Role
We are hiring fast, detail-oriented Customer Service / Inside Sales Representatives to support a high-volume phone-based operation. This role is NOT hard sales. You will mainly be speaking with customers who are already interested and helping process orders, answer questions, and provide a smooth customer experience over the phone. We work with high-level clients and fast-moving teams, so we are looking for people who are:
- Quick thinkers
- Strong communicators
- Comfortable on the phone
- Able to multitask under pressure
Responsibilities
- Call customers back regarding existing inquiries or orders
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent phone-based customer support
- Take detailed notes and update internal systems
- Handle multiple conversations and tasks quickly
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications
- Strong spoken English
- Neutral or only slight accent preferred
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills
- Comfortable handling phone conversations all day
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
- Reliable internet and quiet work environment
- Previous customer service, call center, or inside sales experience is preferred
