What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage incoming customer requests, service updates, and account modifications via Zendesk
- Ensure all client inquiries are resolved efficiently under a strict sub-6-day timeline
- Safeguard data integrity by cross-referencing and validating critical account fields
- Act as a sales backup during lower-volume periods, supporting pipeline development
- Maintain exceptional professional composure and a consultative communication style
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must possess exceptional professional composure and thrive in a process-driven environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with customer service and account management
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer service software is preferred

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
