Elite Virtual Assistance (EVA) is expanding our support team for a rapidly growing network of Men’s Health Clinics across the United States. These clinics focus on helping men improve their health and confidence through services such as testosterone optimization, weight-loss programs (including medications like Ozempic), and overall wellness coaching.

We are seeking a high-caliber Customer Service Representative with exceptional English fluency, strong professionalism, and the ability to manage a diverse set of responsibilities. This is a remote role based in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Appointment Coordination

  • Answer inbound calls with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Set appointments for new potential customers (warm and high-intent leads).
  • Handle outbound follow-ups to support patient engagement and retention.
  • Provide accurate information on clinic services and guide callers through next steps.

2. Client Care & Wellness Follow-Up

  • Call patients who recently visited the clinic to check in, support them, and document their progress.
  • Help ensure clients stay on track with programs such as testosterone therapy or weight-loss plans.
  • Capture detailed notes and updates in the CRM to support continuity of care.

3. Administrative & Executive Assistant Support

Some clinic owners manage multiple businesses. At times, you will assist with:

  • General administrative tasks
  • Appointment booking and calendar management
  • Email organization and coordination
  • Light executive assistant duties outside the clinic scope

4. Content Support (As Requested by Individual Clinics)

  • Assist with simple social media content creation and posting
  • Support brand engagement and community-building initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional English — written and spoken; near-native fluency required
  • Strong customer service orientation with a calm, confident phone presence
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and detail
  • Professionalism, reliability, and strong time-management skills
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, sales support, or customer service is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly (CRM, phone platforms, etc.)

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Standard schedule for this account is Wednesday–Sunday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM (clinic’s local time).
  • Some clinics operate Monday–Friday; flexibility is a strong advantage.
  • Fully remote in Brazil, with stable internet required.

Compensation

  • $800–$1,000 USD/month (based on experience)
  • Performance incentives tied to quality, professionalism, and appointment outcomes
  • Opportunities for internal advancement within EVA as accounts grow
