The Customer Service Representative role is focused on delivering effective customer service and sales support in an evening shift, primarily handling calls and assisting customers with online orders. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, addressing complaints, and supporting the sales process.
3. Responsibilities:
• Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
• Assist new and existing customers through the online order process
• Answer incoming customer service calls
• Document complaints and escalate issues to management
4. Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Proficiency with Windows applications and typing skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Knowledge of customer service principles and administrative procedures
• Strong communication skills, including numeric, oral, and written language applications
• Product knowledge
• For bilingual role: fluency in spoken and written Spanish
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The salary for this role is $14.00 per hour
