Key responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from brokerage clients and provide exceptional support
• Assist with account inquiries, cash management services, online banking tools, and mobile app support
• Research and resolve client issues with accuracy and efficiency
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a high level of service
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications:
✅ Customer service or contact center experience preferred
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
✅ Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
