Role Overview:

Hiring Customer Care Executives for a domestic e-commerce blended process (voice + chat). This is a work-from-home opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls and chat
  • Assist with orders, returns, and product-related issues
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for electronics (AirPods, Bluetooth speakers, smartwatches, etc.)
  • Ensure quick and effective issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting electronic devices
  • Must have own laptop & stable Wi-Fi connection
  • Comfortable with rotational 24/7 shifts

Salary:

  • ₹16,000 in-hand | ₹20,000 CTC
