Our platform helps property professionals, legal firms, estate agents, landlords and tenants complete critical processes digitally, securely and efficiently. From identity verification and tenant referencing through to electronic signatures and conveyancing technology, we are building the infrastructure that powers modern property transactions.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our Manchester team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and working in a fast-paced technology business where no two days are the same.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for customers using Veyco's products and services, helping them navigate our platform and ensuring they receive exceptional support throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and live chat
  • Support users through onboarding and platform adoption
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Escalate technical issues to the development team where required
  • Work closely with operations, product and commercial teams to improve the customer experience
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas for process and product improvements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within our systems

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support, customer success, operations or administration
  • Experience within property, legal, lettings, conveyancing or technology sectors
  • Familiarity with CRM or support platforms
