🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT
💰 Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based growth opportunities
What You'll Do
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information in company systems
• Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
What We're Looking For
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Previous customer service, call center, or support experience is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Professional, patient, and customer-focused attitude
