We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Trebišov at adapa Group.
This is not just an administrative role – it’s an opportunity to:
- work at the heart of daily operations,
- collaborate closely with production and supply chain,
- manage real customer situations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and delivering strong customer experience.
What you’ll do
- Manage customer orders end-to-end in the ERP system.
- Communicate with customers regarding deliveries, changes, and issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, supply chain, logistics).
- Handle complaints and support issue resolution.
- Support sales with quotes and customer-related admin.
- Ensure accuracy of orders, pricing, and documentation.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in customer service or order management.
- Background in manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle challenges calmly.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Slovak + English (B2).
- German / Spanish / Russian advantage.

Compensation & Start Date
Salary: from €1,600 gross/month
