What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating customer inquiries
- Preparing estimates and supporting the booking process
- Managing administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintaining calendars and assisting with office organization
- Utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for daily communications and reporting
- Assisting with social media updates and online presence
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Preferred:
- Experience working in the moving, logistics, or service industry
- Experience with SmartMoving software
- Knowledge of social media management, website updates, SEO, or graphic design
