Customer Service Representative
Wooltari is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support across our growing e-commerce business.
This role serves as a primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience from order placement through post-purchase support. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service through email, phone, live chat, and other communication channels. Respond to customer inquiries professionally, accurately, and promptly.
- Order Management: Assist customers with orders, shipping, tracking, returns, exchanges, refunds, and general product inquiries while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns efficiently by identifying solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and following issues through to completion.
- Customer Experience: Process refunds, exchanges, reshipments, and other service requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with fulfillment, operations, merchandising, and other internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and accurate communication with customers.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Korean and English (Required)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting customers in an e-commerce environment
- Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, or other customer service platforms
- Experience handling order management, returns, exchanges, and refund processes
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive customer experience while managing multiple priorities

- Competitive Hourly Pay $20.00 — $24.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

- Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm
