The Role of Guest Services Attendant

Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional guest satisfaction as the welcoming face of the Front Office team
  • Contributing to a professional, innovative, and flexible team where service is a passion, not just a job
  • Supporting a whole-hotel approach to guest loyalty, ensuring guests feel recognised and valued
  • Assisting with daily Front Office operations to maintain smooth and efficient service
  • Creating memorable experiences that enhance the hotel’s reputation for outstanding hospitality

Setting you up for Success

To Thrive In This Role, You Will Ideally Have

  • Prior Guest Services / Front Office experience
  • Excellent customer service skills with a genuine guest-focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Five star hotel experience – advantageous but not required
