We are in a niche industry that gives you the opportunity to handle assistance cases and communicate with partners worldwide.

Job Purpose:

With knowledge of clients’ products, services and policies, you are responsible to assist customers with inquiries and request for assistance. We will provide trainings, tools, and resources needed to manage the needs of your customer base.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to telematics services (e.g. vehicle tracking, and support requests)
  • Provide timely and professional assistance to customers across multiple SEA markets
  • Coordinate with service providers and relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless support delivery
  • Accurately log cases and maintain proper documentation in the system
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational protocols

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in a call centre, assistance, or telematics-related role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
  • Open to working on a rotational shift schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays (up to 5 working days per week)
  • Proficient in English. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
