In this role, you will:
- Provide customer support via live chat, instant messengers, and email, ensuring timely and accurate assistance
- Handle customer requests and issues with a strong focus on service quality and user experience
- Learn and confidently apply product knowledge, internal procedures, and support guidelines in daily work
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer cases and operational issues
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions
- Be ready to work night shifts as part of a rotating schedule
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- Language proficiency: English — B1+, Ukrainian and Russian – fluent
- Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and tone
- Customer-oriented mindset with a high level of empathy and stress resilience
- Responsibility, accuracy, and the ability to stay focused in a dynamic environment
- Confident basic computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
- Availability to work from a personal laptop during the first two weeks of training
