🚀 We’re Hiring – Customer Service Team (Pickaboo)

Looking to build your career in customer experience? We’re expanding our team and hiring for the following roles:

🔹 Inbound Support
🔹 Outbound Support
🔹 Social Media / Digital Query Management

📍 Location: Tejgaon, Dhaka
⏰ Duty Hours: 9 hours (Roster-based shifts)
💰 Salary: BDT 15,000 – 18,000 (Based on experience)
🎯 KPI Bonus: Up to BDT 2,500+ Incentive

✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Support / Social Media Management ( Call Center/Customer Service )
• Fluent in Bangla & English
• Typing speed 30+ WPM (for Social Media role)
• Basic knowledge of E-commerce preferred
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Customer-first mindset
