The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers of Penny Pairs, Gabbie Jewelry, and Moai across online platforms and physical stores. The role ensures smooth handling of customer inquiries, order-related concerns, and internal coordination to maintain a positive customer experience across all brands. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks and brands simultaneously. This role reports directly to the Logistics Manager and is under the Operations department.

Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication

  • Respond to customer inquiries across chat, email, social media, and messaging platforms for Penny Pairs, Gabbie Jewelry, and Moai, including Shopee and TikTok Shop
  • Assist customers with product details, availability, pricing, promotions, and store policies

Order Management & Issue Handling

  • Handle concerns related to orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, and refunds
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary
  • Encoding and updating of damaged/defective items from online orders
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and proper issue closure

Store & Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with physical store staff regarding stock availability, in-store concerns, and customer follow-ups
  • Support sales and operations teams by relaying customer insights, concerns, and feedback

Reporting & General Support

  • Track and report common customer concerns and customer feedback
  • Assist in simple administrative tasks such as encoding of quarterly expenses
  • Perform other customer service-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or other relevant courses
  2. Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Retail Associate, or E-commerce Support Staff is an advantage
  3. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop) and online customer service tools
  4. Creative and able to think innovatively
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  6. Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  7. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  8. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  10. Open to fresh grads! Work experience is preferred but not required.
