· Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure

Responsibilities

· Communicate with customers via telephone in a professional and courteous manner

· Provide accurate and knowledgeable responses to product-related inquiries

· Collaborate with internal departments to effectively address customer needs

· Deliver basic technical support as required

· Maintain and update records across various platforms
