Title: Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Office Supervisor
Supervises: None
Function:
As a healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for successfully managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deal directly with clients, patients and others either by telephone, electronically, or face to face
- Ensuring client and patient satisfaction while promptly assisting them with issues/concerns
- Developing the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve client and patient satisfaction
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Responsible for attendance at in office meetings and completion of annual online training
- Performs other duties as deemed appropriate by management
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications including Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
Key CompetenciesPreferred: Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Communication skills – verbal and written including interpersonal and listening skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptability
Physical Demands
- Sitting, standing, walking, in office

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
