Role Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our team on-site in Beirut. Kindly note that this role is offered on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests and inquiries via live chat, calls, and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, taking ownership from identification to resolution.

• Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system for record-keeping and analysis.

• Provide customers with detailed information about Swapp’s services, subscription plans, and vehicle options.

Requirements

• Reside within the Beirut area.

• Experience in live chat interaction within a customer support role is a plus.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Experience with Freshdesk or Zendesk is a major plus.
