Account & Customer Experience Specialist

We’re looking for an Account & Customer Experience Specialist to help deliver excellence in customer relations while supporting inbound B2B opportunities and account communication. This is more than a traditional customer service role—we want a highly organized, proactive problem solver with a passion for beauty, strong communication skills, and a commitment to creating outstanding customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide responsive, thoughtful support across email, chat, Amazon, social media, and other customer channels
  • Resolve order, shipping, product, and account issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Support inbound B2B inquiries and help route opportunities to the right team members
  • Build strong relationships with customers and accounts through timely follow-up and proactive communication
  • Help manage systems and workflows across tools like Shopify, Zendesk, HubSpot, Amazon Seller Central, Slack, and Asana
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest smarter, more efficient ways to improve the customer experience
  • Use AI tools to improve communication, speed, consistency, and execution
  • What We’re Looking For

    • Experience in customer experience, account support, inside sales, or similar roles
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
    • A proactive, high-ownership mindset
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
    • Passion for all things beauty and a genuine desire to deliver excellence in customer relations
    • Confidence using technology and AI tools in day-to-day work
