Responsible for the prompt and efficient processing of orders from receipt to collection of payments. Attends to customers’ queries, complaints, and follow-ups.

- Communication Skills – The ability to listen attentively to customer inquiries, articulate information clearly and accurately, and convey empathy and understanding in all interactions.
- Problem-Solving – The ability to investigate issues, identify or develop options, and select the most relevant solution/s to address the gaps.
- Product Knowledge – The ability to have a deep understanding of the products or services is crucial for providing accurate information and assistance to customers. CSR should stay updated on product features, pricing, policies, and procedures to offer effective support.
- Upselling – The ability to negotiate sales or upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs, presenting relevant offerings, and persuading customers to make additional purchases while adding value to their experience.
- Conflict Resolution – The ability to handle disputes or disagreements between customers and finding amicable solutions. Should remain neutral, remain calm under pressure, and work towards resolving conflicts diplomatically.
