Responsibilities: –

· Managing issuing centers (booths – Postal centers – Bank branches)

· Providing all services to customers (Issuing cards – replacing cards – updating data – inquiries – receiving complaints – delivering cash)

· Resolving all problems and disputes

· Follow up with all company teams about the latest updates and developments

· Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients

· maintaining positive business relationships with clients

Requirements and skills

· Good knowledge of Office programs, Excel, Access, and Word

· Proficient in computerized communication tools (email, internet, communication software, etc.)

· adaptability and flexibility, reliability and solidity, discernment and initiative.

· listening skills and persuasiveness.

· Has strong writing skills

· Speaks fluently in public and with contacts. Easily understands the people is speaking to.

· Excellent organization skills

· Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

· Ability to overcome objections from potential clients

· Ability to solve problems and to deal with a variety of variables

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting
