Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team and support our growing global client base. You will be the front line of communication between Finance Solutes and our worldwide community of traders, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to professional, efficient, and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Telegram, email, live chat, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, X)
  • Guide clients through the cashback/rebate registration process via IB links and assist with rebate tracking
  • Provide first-line support for our free courses and Expert Advisor products
  • Walk customers through basic broker platform actions (account opening, deposits, withdrawals, MT4/MT5 setup)
  • Handle complaints professionally; escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team
  • Collect customer feedback and contribute insights to improve service quality
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM
  • Submit daily and weekly performance reports to the CS Team Lead
  • Requirements

    • 6 months – 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in Forex, Crypto, fintech, brokers, or IB businesses)
    • Excellent written English (C1 level or equivalent) — this is a fully English-speaking role
    • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
    • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
    • Proficient with Google Workspace, CRM tools, Telegram, and standard chat platforms
    • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
    • Available to work in a flexible shift schedule to cover global time zones
    • Honest, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience working with Forex/Crypto brokers or as part of an IB team
    • Personal interest in trading or investing
    • Additional language skills (Vietnamese, Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, or Hindi) are a strong plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field
