We are looking for Customer Service Representative for one of our clients based in Auburn Hills, MI.
Pay Rate: $45k-$55k
Shift: 1st Shift
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Process orders, track shipments, and provide order updates
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or related field within a manufacturing industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software/CRM systems
