Role Description
This is a full-time role in the Customer Service Department at Global Shipping & Forwarding SRL located in Constanţa.
The Customer Service Representative – Shipping plays an important role in managing the end-to-end coordination of international and domestic shipments on behalf of clients. This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate cargo movement, handling shipping documentation, resolving transport-related issues, and maintaining strong communication with clients, carriers, customs brokers, and internal operations teams. The role is vital to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction by providing proactive updates, addressing inquiries efficiently, and ensuring smooth logistics execution.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry
Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Solid understanding of logistics processes and industry best practices
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
