Job Responsibilities
- Skilled in managing various banking-related inquiries to effectively assist customers with their financial needs.
- Handle both incoming and outgoing customer communications (when required).
- Provide an excellent customer experience in every interaction, taking full ownership to achieve first-call resolution.
- Uphold and promote outstanding customer service standards at all times.
- Manage schedules efficiently, ensuring availability and readiness to respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service (inbound and/or outbound support).
- Mandarin speaking is advantages
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using computers, basic software programs, and relevant specialized systems.
- Strong communication skills with a consistently courteous and professional manner.
- Demonstrates patience and empathy when handling customer conversations.
- Able to adhere strictly to established processes and procedures to minimize risks and errors.
- Capable of managing core responsibilities related to general banking and inquiries.
- Bilingual role: Supporting markets such as Malaysia (MY), Australia (AU), and Singapore (SG).
- Trilingual role: Supporting the US market (permanent night shift).

- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
