  • We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team in Orlando. Our ideal candidate

will have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable answering complex customer questions. A
successful candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities and the
ability to multi-task in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
● Listen to customers’ needs and concerns.
● Answer customer questions.
● Provide information about our products and services.
● Resolve customers’ problems.
● Use a computer and other office equipment to perform your duties.
● Handle different types of customer calls.
● Ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials for shipment.
● Perform other duties as required.
Please note this is a position where you have to work in an office. Being able to speak Spanish is a
plus since most of our customers speak the language. We are looking for local applicants (living 5-10
miles) from the office location. Also, you must be able to legally work in the USA to be employed with us.

  • Full Availability (weekdays and weekends as needed)

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
