About The Role
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative working remotely from your home in California, you will play a vital role in supporting consumers with their healthcare benefit inquiries. Qualifications
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer needs
- Comfort working with computer systems and Windows-based applications
- A distraction-free, designated home workspace
- A secure, high-speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
- Engage thoughtfully with customers to understand their healthcare-related needs
- Conduct research across multiple systems to resolve customer questions efficiently
- Provide clear, accurate information to help consumers navigate healthcare options effectively
- Manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining quality and professionalism
- Adhere to a set schedule, including designated breaks and lunch periods
- Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the system
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills
