About the Opportunity: The Customer Service Representative – Inbound Calls is responsible for handling inbound interactions for major brands, assisting customers with inquiries, service requests, account management, and product support. This role is essential to delivering high-quality customer care by utilizing guided systems and resources to maintain professionalism, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards. The position offers schedule flexibility after certification and is suitable for individuals seeking a stable and structured support role with potential for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer interactions for national brands
  • Assist customers with questions, service requests, account needs, and product support
  • Use guided systems and resources to provide accurate, professional service
  • Maintain alignment with brand standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • U.S. resident excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI
  • Ability to follow detailed processes and meet performance expectations
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable navigating computer and web-based tools
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to schedules

Required Skills:

  • Prior call center or customer service experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments

Pay Range and Compensation Package: USD 11 to USD 13 hourly
