Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide product/service information and guide customers through processes.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while ensuring follow-up and closure.
  • Meet defined KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a multinational or BPO environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
