Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide product/service information and guide customers through processes.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while ensuring follow-up and closure.
- Meet defined KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a multinational or BPO environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
