What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

- Respond to emails and manage cases in the designated systems.
- Contribute positively to team improvements while meeting performance goals.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 6 months of call center experience.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or GED.
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 1-2 years of experience in health insurance.
- Familiarity with Third Party Administrator (TPA) concepts.
- Knowledge of medical/dental terminology or claims processing.
