Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Guest Relations Manager role based in Singapore. The Guest Relations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, partners, and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Daily responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, managing inquiries, coordinating appointments and meeting logistics, and maintaining accurate visitor records. The role will also involve addressing service concerns, escalating issues when necessary, and collaborating with internal teams to improve guest experience processes. The Guest Relations Manager will support the training of front-of-house staff on guest service standards and help implement feedback mechanisms to enhance overall satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong guest-facing experience, including Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a consistent focus on Customer Satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and international guests.
  • Experience in Training or coaching front-of-house or customer-facing teams on service standards and best practices.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in scheduling, record keeping, and follow-up.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, handling sensitive situations and complaints constructively.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, corporate reception, utilities, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with office software and visitor management tools; comfort working in a multicultural environment.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
