Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling orders, inquiries, and service requests
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery requirements are met.
- Prepare quotes, pricing information, and customer project specifications.
- Monitor order status, inventory levels, and production schedules.
- Generate reports and analyze customer, inventory, and order data.
- Coordinate with sales, production, shipping, and quality teams to resolve issues.
- Research and troubleshoot customer concerns and quality-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and data using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
- Support customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
