What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Respond to neighbor requests or inquiries concerning store services, products, and loyalty programs via phone and email
- Collaborate with stores and field management to resolve neighbor complaints efficiently and professionally
- Maintain records of incoming neighbor communications and the nature of each inquiry
- Provide reports on inquiries and time to resolution to improve service quality
- Handle product recalls and advise neighbors on company information
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma required; degree preferred
- 3-5 years of related experience with a strong customer service orientation
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with professionalism and clarity
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in data entry and solid skills in MS Office products
