What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Receive and document customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is accurate and timely
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and accurate data entry in systems
  • Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
  • Educate members on services and their insurance coverage
  • Support a 24/7/365 contact center environment, including holiday coverage

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 0-2 years of related experience; 6+ months in a contact center or customer service role
  • Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute or more and handle a high volume of calls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently under general supervision
