What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Receive and document customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is accurate and timely
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and accurate data entry in systems
- Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
- Educate members on services and their insurance coverage
- Support a 24/7/365 contact center environment, including holiday coverage
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0-2 years of related experience; 6+ months in a contact center or customer service role
- Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 35 words per minute or more and handle a high volume of calls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently under general supervision
