What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer customer calls and provide appropriate assistance
- Assist with customer service-related questions and returns
- Input orders and manage drop shipments through the system
- Identify backorders and facilitate immediate fulfillment
- Provide customers with order confirmations, tracking details, and status updates
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 1-2 years of hands-on customer support experience
- High School Diploma
- Strong knowledge of office applications, including Google Suite
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Distribution or warehousing experience preferred
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
