📋 Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle inbound queries and provide accurate, timely solutions regarding insurance and banking products or services.
- Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently and professionally in Simplified Mandarin and English (B2 level and above) via verbal and written channels.
- Case Management: Log, track, and resolve customer issues efficiently using internal CRM systems, ensuring high first-contact resolution rates.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to banking/insurance compliance guidelines and BPO standard operating procedures to meet client KPI metrics.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Nationality: Open to Malaysian citizens.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance or Banking sector, preferably within a BPO or shared services environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written Simplified Mandarin, along with a strong command of English (Minimum B2 level proficiency).
- Skillset: Excellent problem-solving skills, active listening, and a calm, empathetic approach to managing customer needs.
