📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound queries and provide accurate, timely solutions regarding insurance and banking products or services.
  • Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently and professionally in Simplified Mandarin and English (B2 level and above) via verbal and written channels.
  • Case Management: Log, track, and resolve customer issues efficiently using internal CRM systems, ensuring high first-contact resolution rates.
  • Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to banking/insurance compliance guidelines and BPO standard operating procedures to meet client KPI metrics.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Nationality: Open to Malaysian citizens.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance or Banking sector, preferably within a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written Simplified Mandarin, along with a strong command of English (Minimum B2 level proficiency).
  • Skillset: Excellent problem-solving skills, active listening, and a calm, empathetic approach to managing customer needs.
